Description
Opal Fine Merino wool 4-ply yarn is very durable and made from 75% fine merino wool (Superwash) and 25% polyamide in beautiful self-striping colorways. The wool in this yarn is mulesing-free and has had a special superwash treatment, which is chlorine-free and water-saving. Fewer chemicals are used in this treatment. This yarn is perfect for knitting warm socks with unique color patterns, but it can of course also be used for sweaters, hats, gloves and scarves. Each ball is enough for one pair of socks (up to EU size 46).
This self-striping 4-ply yarn is washable up to 40°C. Recommended needle size is 2.50mm. One ball of Opal Fine Merino wool 4-ply yarn weighs 100 grams and holds 425 metres of yarn.
